Return and Refund policy :

We will refund or exchanges for purchased items that is out of stock.

Returns and exchange are only for products that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects only.

Return must be done within 3 working days upon receiving your order and unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Once the order is placed and confirmed, we strictly don’t accept cancel order and don’t accept exchanges of size or returns since all measurements are provided clearly in the product description.

All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item. A processing fee of RM9 (WM) & RM20 (EM)

Bag / Sale / Promotion items are strictly non exchangeable/ returnable/ refundable.

Free size items is strictly not allowed return/exchange

Refund would only be done as store credit voucher,credit voucher able to use within 180days only ,
strictly no cash refund is allowed

We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.
